Importantly, you can use the App without creating an account, and we do not collect any facial recognition information or biometric data of any kind.

  To emphasize our commitment to your privacy, we explicitly state that we do not collect the following types of information under any circumstances:

  • Account-related information: You can use all core functions of the App without registering an account, so we do not collect usernames, passwords, email addresses, or any other account credentials.
  • Facial information or biometric data: We do not collect, store, or process any facial images, facial recognition data, or other biometric information. The App’s core function is to generate images from text prompts, and there is no feature that requires or involves capturing or analyzing facial information.
  • Unnecessary personal data: We do not collect your real name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, payment information, or any other sensitive personal information.
  • Location data: The App does not access or collect your device’s location information, whether precise or approximate.
  • Browsing history or app usage tracking beyond necessary functions: We do not track your browsing activity outside the App or collect detailed logs of your app usage beyond what is required to ensure the App functions properly.

  We only collect and process the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve the core functions of the App. All such information is either processed locally on your device or transmitted securely only for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

  • 2.1 Text Prompts and Generated Images

    When you use the App to generate images, you will input text prompts. These text prompts, along with the corresponding AI-generated images, are temporarily processed to fulfill your image generation request. To enable the "History" feature, we store these text prompts and generated images locally on your device only. This data is not uploaded to our servers or shared with any third parties.

    You have full control over this local data: you can delete individual generated images and their corresponding prompts, or clear all history data directly within the App’s "History" section at any time.

  • 2.2 Device-Related Information

    To ensure the App runs smoothly and to troubleshoot technical issues, we may collect limited non-personal identifiable information about your device, such as:

    • Device model and operating system version;
    • App version number;
    • Basic technical logs related to app crashes or errors.

    This information is collected anonymously and is only used to improve the stability and performance of the App, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

  • 2.3 Information from In-App Purchases

    If you choose to use in-app purchase features, the payment process is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store any of your payment information.     As mentioned earlier, your text prompts and generated images are stored locally on your device. This means you have full control over this data, and it will remain on your device unless you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.

    The only information that may be stored on our servers is the anonymous device-related information and technical logs. This data is stored securely and is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
